The Fitness Center
This fitness center offers Future Force Equipment which is designed to accommodate people 5'8" and under. The room is open to men, women and youth, 8 years of age and older. Youth ages 8 to 13 must have an orientation before using the center. Fitness programs for youth sport organizations may be set up by contacting the physical department.

Cardio & Nautilus Center
This center offers Nautilus equipment and a variety of cardiovascular equipment (treadmills, step machines, elliptical machines, rowers, Nordic tracks, computerized bike). A television and VCR are available for members use while working out. This room is open to men, women and youth 13 years of age and older with recommendation of fitness staff.

Weight Room
This room is designed for the member interested in working out with free weights. A universal machine is also available. This room is open to men, women, and youth 13 years of age and older with recommendation of fitness staff.
