Aquatics
Our 25-yard, 6-lane indoor pool is available for a variety of activities
for youth, adults and families like preschool and adult swim
lessons and aqua-aerobics.

Fitness
We offer three fitness rooms, one specifically designed for people
5’8” and under and youth 8 to 13. Personal trainers,
fitness orientations and senior fitness classes are also available.

Aerobic & Fitness Programs
To meet the needs of our adult members, a variety of aerobic and
indoor cycling classes are available, plus Yoga, Pilates, Martial
Arts and CPR/First Aid and much more!

Tennis & Racquetball
Tennis leagues, clinics, private lessons and parties are available
for youth and adults on our four indoor courts. Racquetball
is popular again! Two courts are available for open play, classes
and lessons or book a contract time.

School
Our popular Gym Jam Jr. and Gym Jam programs for 3 to 5 year olds
are high-quality early childhood programs that provide safe and
nurturing environments.

Preschool
Programs & Child Care
Preschool Gymnastics, Play Groups or Babysitting while you’re
working out are all here at the Upper Bucks YMCA! Our state-licensed
child care promotes the social, emotional and physical development
of young children while responding to the needs of families. Swim
lessons are provided.

Age Child Care
Serving the Quakertown School District for grades K – 5 and
the Pennridge School District for morning Kindergarten, the Upper
Bucks YMCA offers daily fun and peace of mind for families in need
of care. School’s Out Days are also offered.

Programs
When your child is no longer a preschooler, the YMCA offers exciting
programs like Fit’n Fun, Young Eagles Flight, driver’s education
and teen leadership. For families looking to do something together,
parent/child weight training and special events are available.

General Information
Animals
Animals are not permitted into the buildings except for service
dogs.
Bank Returns Service Charge
Any check or membership dues draft not honored by the bank, for
any reason, will result in a $20 YMCA service charge, in addition
to any bank fee.
Cancellations and Schedule Changes
The Upper Bucks YMCA reserves the right to cancel or postpone
any program due to low enrollment, unforeseen facility schedule
changes, or inclement weather (we will post building closings or
early/delayed openings on WAEB radio and WFMZ Channel 69).
Cell Phones
Please be considerate of others in YMCA and only use cell
phones in lobby areas. Cell phones are not allowed in locker rooms.
Class Changes
A $10.00 processing fee will be applied to any class change (includes
switching to different time or day for same class).

Code of Conduct
All individuals using the YMCA are expected to conduct themselves
in a manner consistent with the character, welfare, best interests
and policies of the Upper Bucks YMCA. Failure to do so will result
in immediate dismissal from the premises and may lead to revocation
of membership and/or usage privileges.
Food and Drink
Food and drink are permitted in the main lobbies of all YMCA buildings.
ONLY water is permitted on SportsCenter courts. No alcoholic
beverages are permitted in buildings or on YMCA property.
Health Insurance Program Participation
The Upper Bucks YMCA participates in the Independence Blue Cross
Fitness Select program. Please contact a Healthy Lifestyles representative
at 800/275-2583 for more information. National Covered Fitness
Benefit Program includes: Aetna, Sterling, Pacificare, UPMC, Geisinger,
WellCare, and Touchstone. Members sign in each visit after
registration at our service desk. Health & Wellness Affinity
Program includes: AARP, CDPHP, AvMED, WEA TRUST, CAREINGTON, and
Blue Cross and Blue Shield Benefit Program. Members of this program
are provided a waiver of the initial set up fee.
Honor Card Program
The Upper Bucks YMCA participates in the Upper Bucks Chamber
of Commerce Honor Card Program. Students presenting their honor
card may receive an extra month when a full year of youth or family
full privilege membership is paid in full. Limit (1) per family.
May not be combined with any other discount.
Lockers
The Upper Bucks YMCA suggests all members use a locker for
personal belongings and provide a lock, which must be removed after
each use. We suggest not leaving belongings in cars. Locker rentals
are available at a cost of $50 per year or $5 per month. The YMCA
is not responsible for any items lost or stolen.

Lost and Found
We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged personal belongings.
All items will be placed in lost and found receptacles. Every
60 days, items are donated to Goodwill Industries in Quakertown.
Membership Cards
For security purposes, membership cards must be scanned upon admittance
to the Upper Bucks YMCA. Memberships are non-transferable. Replacement
fee for a lost card is $5.00. The Upper Bucks YMCA reserves the
right to deny facility access to members who habitually do not
scan their membership cards.
Moving Out Of, Or Into, The Area
If you currently have a full privilege membership at another
YMCA, we will add on the months remaining, with the purchase of
an annual, full privilege membership. Check with other YMCAs about
honoring your Upper Bucks membership if you are on vacation or
move away from the area.
Payments
All payments must be made at the time of registration. The
Upper Bucks YMCA accepts cash, check, MasterCard and Visa.
Phones
Pay phones are located at our Quakertown locations for outgoing
calls. Incoming phone calls may be picked up at a courtesy phone.
Members should not use staff phones.
Photo Policy
YMCA classes and events are occasionally photographed for
promotional purposes. Anyone wishing to be excluded should inform
the photographer. Video recorders, cameras, or any other visual
recording devices are not allowed within the YMCA without permission
of the executive director.

Privacy Policy
The Upper Bucks YMCA does not sell/provide membership or
program lists to any other organization or individual. Expired
membership applications are shredded.
Prorated Classes
Aquatic classes will be pro-rated if a participant registers
within the first two weeks of the start date of a class. In the
third week, or later, a participant must pay the full class fee
in order to join the class already in session. For all other classes,
if you sign up late you need to pay in full and you will get a
credit for next session’s class.
REFUNDS AND CREDITS
Programs: No program fee refunds
will be processed unless a class is cancelled by the YMCA. Otherwise,
credit will be issued. Any person who registers, pays and cancels,
will receive YMCA credit, through a YMCA director, minus a $10.00
processing fee. All credits are valid for one year after issue
date.
Membership: Membership fees
are refundable within the first 30 days of membership for approved
medical reasons or relocation from service area only. Processing
fees ($20 for individuals and $40 for families) are non-refundable.
Smoking
Not permitted in buildings or on YMCA property.
