Child Care & Camps
The Upper Bucks YMCA is pleased to offer Preschool Child Care, School Age Child Care and Summer Camps to meet the needs of families throughout our community.
Our Preschool Child Care program, located at 151 S. 14th Street in Quakertown, follows the Department of Public Welfare and Keystone STARS’ requirements for teacher qualifications. Classroom aides are at least 18 years of age, have at least a high school diploma plus FBI and criminal history checks. Our teachers have at least an Associate’s Degree in early childhood education.
Because the Upper Bucks YMCA is committed to the communities we serve, we promise to fulfill the 150+ year YMCA tradition of never turning anyone away due to an inability to pay. Preschool Child Care
Preschool Child Care is available at the YMCA Monday through Friday from 6:15 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. for children 12 months of age to kindergarten.
School Age Child Care
Before and After School Care, Kindergarten Care and School’s Out Day Care are available at the YMCA.
Summer Camps
Summer camp runs for 12 weeks throughout the summer.
