YMCAs have been a leader in community-based health and wellness for more than a century. The Upper Bucks YMCA continues to support the approach to health that “spirit, mind and body” are all necessary and eternal part of the person. Participation in Y health and wellness programs offer opportunities for friendship and community, a sense of well-being, self-confidence, and improved mental and cognitive health – not to mention the obvious benefits of healthy hearts, lungs, bones and muscles.
